Product Description
Incurin® (Estriol) Tablets for Canine Urinary Incontinence
Incurin® Tablets provide effective treatment for urinary incontinence in spayed female dogs. The active ingredient, estriol, is a naturally occurring, short-acting estrogen that helps restore estrogen levels, supporting a dog’s natural ability to maintain urethral tone for better urinary control. Unlike most estrogens, estriol binds to estrogen receptors for a shorter duration, minimizing potential side effects related to estrogen.
Studies show that 93% of dogs treated with Incurin® tablets were either continent or showed improvement within six weeks.
Incurin® offers the convenience of once-daily dosing with a single, simple starting dose for all female dogs and one tablet size.
Important Safety Information:
Before using Incurin® Tablets, it’s essential to evaluate factors that may contribute to urinary incontinence. Do not use in combination with other estrogens. The safety of Incurin® Tablets has not been evaluated when used alongside glucocorticoids or other estrogens, in intact female dogs, pregnant or lactating dogs, male dogs, puppies under 1 year of age, or dogs with liver disease. Reported side effects include loss of appetite, vomiting, excessive thirst, and swelling of the vulva. This product is not for human use. Keep out of reach of children. Caution is advised for women of child-bearing age or those who are breastfeeding. After administering Incurin®, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to avoid exposure.
