Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders processed before 1pm CST will be shipped the same business day.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments' destination.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the method of shipping - FedEx, UPS or USPS - you have chosen.
Any item with free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice.
International orders and all orders outside the 50 States will incur additional shipping charges. If you would like a shipping quote, please email your location (along with a postal code) and the items you wish to purchase to csps@countrysidepet.com. You will receive a quote within the next business day. All international orders are shipped with either UPS, Fedex, or USPS International. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You are responsible for knowing if a product is available for import into your country. Every country's customs laws are different and we are unable to keep up with all of them. If you are unsure, we ask that you please contact your local customs office for clarification.
Countryside Pet Supply cannot be held responsible for any damaged, returned, or destroyed packages due to customs. Any packages returned to us due to customs may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded if a package is returned back to us. Please make sure that a product is able to be imported to your country before placing your order.
Some products, such as aerosol products, cannot be shipped by air and they are marked by the "ORM-D" Symbol.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of all our products.
Unfortunately, we have had customers buy items only to use them and return them when they no longer need them, consequently we have created a return policy for all legitimate returns.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery to countrysidepet.com for a no hassle exchange or return. We will replace or refund the purchase price (less any shipping & handling charges if the order is not a countrysidepet.com mistake) by crediting your credit card only. All returned merchandise must be in original unused condition with all manufactured accessories. All warranty cards must be left blank. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
ALL returns MUST receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER prior to returning an item. The RA number can be obtained by emailing us at csps@countrysidepet.com. If we receive an item without the proper authorization number, we will NOT issue any type of credit and we will dispose of the product.
Please notify us, by E-Mail only, to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER. Please do not telephone us for a return authorization number - we need the date and item verification that is available only on E-Mail (csps@countrysidepet.com). We will not accept any returns without a valid RA number.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping to our returns department.
All merchandise that is returned, unless defective or due to our shipping error, is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We have found this necessary due to the fees that are charged to the merchant (us) by the credit card companies - not only for the initial charge but for the credits when issued. We can no longer absorb this expense when you change your mind about a product and return it or refuse the shipment. There is no re-stocking fee if you receive a faulty or defective item, and there is no re-stocking fee if we made an error and shipped the wrong item.
We recommend our customers use a form of traceable delivery (tracking number or delivery confirmation). Also when returning an item, it is a good idea to ensure the package, we can't be held responsible for lost packages. All returns that are issued the proper Return Authorization number must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RA number. Refund will not be issued for items returned without RA's or received after 14 days of the RA being issued.
Faulty or defective merchandise:
If an item is faulty or defective, we will replace the item with a new identical item providing the item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once the 30 days have passed, you must follow the manufacturer's policy.
Damaged Merchandise:
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery, and we will provide you with your choice of a replacement shipment or a refund.
